MY TIRED MIND (CD)

Having spent the best part of 2017 playing headlining tours & sharing the stage with Triple J favourite Tash Sultana, The Pierce Brothers return with the last instalment of their trilogy of EP’s ‘My Tired Mind’. 

The release of their second EP ‘The Records Were Ours’ in May 2017 proved to be a great success; debuting at #9 on the ARIA album charts with lead single ‘Take Me Out’ racking up thousands of streams & sales. In September 2015, they released their sophomore EP ‘Into the Dirt’ which debuted at #10 on the overall ARIA Chart. 

Having shared the stage with acts like Haim, First Aid Kit and Vance Joy in a 10,000+ capacity tent at the Netherlands Lowlands Festival in 2014, they soon had the second highest selling CD there; selling more than Sam Smith, First Aid Kit, Snoop Dogg, Disclosure, Imagine Dragons, Janelle Monae and Royal Blood. The same year, Pierce Brothers sold out a record breaking 5 x Shebeen shows as well as 2 x Corner Hotel shows in Melbourne. 2015 saw them showcasing overseas at ‘Canadian Music Week’, ‘The Great Escape’ and ‘CMJ’ Music Conference. As support acts they opened for ARIA Award winner Dan Sultan’s Australian tour and ARIA Award winner the Cat Empire’s European Summer & October tour.
